Limited Warranty
Play Systems products purchased by an individual for home use are guaranteed to be free from defects for six months from the date of purchase. An ORIGINAL copy of the proof of purchase must be submitted for repairs or exchanges. Purchases by organizations or businesses are not covered by this warranty.
- Note: Wooden products may mark or become damaged if handled roughly or dropped on hard surfaces. The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Exposure to excessive humidity/moisture or damage from exposure to weather
- Accidents
- Improper use
- Improper storage (such as in a humid environment)
Play Systems products are made from natural and man-made materials. Some variation in color, grain, and finish is normal, making each of our products unique. We aim to produce products of the highest quality; however, if you have a concern, please refer to the warranty and returns policy below.
Spare parts are available upon request. Corrective maintenance should only be carried out by the supplier. Any damage or signs of wear and tear should be reported to the supplier for repair or further guidance.
For Personal & Home Use
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully. However, to report or return a damaged item, please send an email to contact@playsystems.co.nz. Please include a description of the problem and, if possible, a picture to help us understand your concerns. We aim to respond to your inquiry within 24 business hours.
For Organizations and Businesses
We cannot offer a refund if you change your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully. Products may only be returned for credit with prior agreement from Play Systems.
Please inspect the goods carefully before signing acceptance, as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods once they have been signed for.
Any goods that are faulty upon delivery can be returned. They will be inspected, and if it is determined they were damaged or used by the customer, they will not be accepted as faulty. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or are faulty due to normal wear and tear.
If you wish to request a replacement, please contact us at contact@playsystems.co.nz and explain the reason for your request within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
