Shipping Policy
At Play Systems, we want to make sure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Below is an outline of how we handle shipping.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship throughout New Zealand. For other international enquiries, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to help.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. For custom or made-to-order items, processing times may be longer — we’ll keep you updated if this applies to your order.
Shipping Times
New Zealand: Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural addresses may take a little longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order. Large or bulky items (such as MultiBoard Sets) may incur additional freight charges. These will be clearly shown before you confirm your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
